Why are support tools always so expensive, bloated, and overwhelming? Helploom is my take on a simple, affordable, and human customer support tool.

Why another support tool?

Most tools aren’t built for us, solo founders and small businesses. They’re designed for companies with managers and large teams. If you run a small business, you don’t need most of that. You just need a straightforward way to talk to your customers without the overhead.

Helploom is still early. I use it every day and keep improving it based on feedback. If there’s something missing, I’d love to hear from you.
