Why are support tools always so expensive, bloated, and overwhelming? Helploom is my take on a simple, affordable, and human customer support tool.
Why another support tool?
Most tools aren’t built for us. They’re designed for companies with managers and large teams. If you run a small business, you don’t need most of that. You just need a straightforward way to talk to your customers without the overhead.
Helploom is still early. I use it every day and keep improving it based on feedback. If there’s something missing, I’d love to hear from you.
