By accessing or using Helploom ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Helploom is a customer support platform designed for small teams and solo founders. Our service includes:
- Live chat widget for websites
- Team collaboration tools
- Email follow-up capabilities
- AI-powered response suggestions
- Analytics and reporting
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use our Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Account Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. You agree to update your information to keep it accurate and complete.
4. Subscription Plans and Billing
4.1 Available Plans
- Free Plan: 30 threads per month, 1 user, basic support
- Base Plan: 300 threads per month, 1 user, AI credits, priority support
- Plus Plan: Unlimited threads, unlimited users, advanced features
4.2 Billing and Payment
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- Payment is processed through LemonSqueezy
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for unused portions of your subscription.
5. Acceptable Use
5.1 Permitted Uses
You may use our Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Transmit harmful or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Use the Service to spam or harass others
5.2 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for all content you transmit through our Service, including chat messages, customer data, and any other information. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Helploom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.

15. Severability
