Control When You Collect Emails

Choose what works best for your business:

• Email Required: Users must share their email address before sending any messages.
• Chat First, Email Later: Users can start chatting instantly without barriers. They can share their email later if they want to receive email notifications. This is the default setting.

You can toggle this setting in Widget Settings.
