How to Install

1. Create a Helploom account. If you don't have one, create a free account. No credit card required
2. Complete your Helploom setup.
   • Complete your organization profile
   • Add your Framer website URL (the plugin will show you the URL)
   • Get your Client ID from Settings → Setup
3. Install the Helploom plugin in Framer.
   • Open your Framer project
   • Click on the Plugins button in the bottom bar
   • Search for "Helploom" and install the plugin
   • Open the plugin and follow the onboarding instructions
   • Enter your Client ID when prompted
4. Publish your site. Once you publish your Framer site, the Helploom widget will appear and be ready to receive customer messages

Getting Your Client ID

Your Client ID can be found in your Helploom dashboard:

1. Go to Settings → Setup
2. Copy your Client ID (it looks like hl-xxxxxxxxxxxxx)
3. Paste it into the plugin
